MONIQUE PREVEL

Coach, Founder, & Executive Director

Hi, my name is Monique Prevel. I live in Winston, MT with my son. We enjoy hiking, swimming, horseback riding, and camping. I enjoy Spartan Race and have earned two Trifectas since starting in 2014.

My son is 6years old and was diagnosed at the age of 18months with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Later on, his diagnosis was changed to non-verbal ASD. He is a very hyper-active, sensory seeking little boy that is always on the go.

I decided to started Big Sky Autism Project after realizing no services in Montana offered a movement based exercise program for individuals with ASD. Most adaptive physical education classes are sports based, which do not address underlying movement issues that afflict ASD individuals.

I am the main Coach and Instructor for BSAP. I hold accreditation from Autism Fitness, the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and the American Red Cross for CPR/AED/First Aid. I am the Founder and hold the position of Executive Director on the Board of Directors for BSAP.

Welcome to Big Sky Autism Project! I am excited to work with you and thank you for taking the time to stop by!
